Samsung gewinnt 71 Auszeichnungen beim iF Design Award 2022

Samsung erhält beim International Forum (iF) Design Award 2022, einem renommierten internationalen Designwettbewerb aus Deutschland, insgesamt 71 Auszeichnungen, darunter drei Gold Awards. Samsung gewinnt Gold Awards für den tragbaren Projektor The Freestyle, das Foldable Galaxy Z Flip3 5G und den kabellosen Staubsauger The Bespoke Slim1. In diesem Jahr sichert sich Samsung die meisten Auszeichnungen unter insgesamt 11.000 Einreichungen aus 57 Ländern.

Der 1953 als „Die Gute Industrieform e.V.“ gegründete iF Design Award bewertet in insgesamt neun Kategorien: Produkt, Verpackung, Kommunikation, Fachkonzept, Innenarchitektur, Architektur, Service Design, User Experience (UX) und User Interface (UI). Dabei werden unter anderem Differenzierung und Wirkung betrachtet.

„Es ist wichtig, dass ein Design die sich verändernden Werte mit modernen Technologien verbindet“, sagte Jinsoo Kim, Executive Vice President Corporate Design Center Samsung Electronics. „Wir sind bestrebt, eine sinnvolle Erfahrung zu bieten, die sowohl die verschiedenen Anforderungen der Kunden erfüllt als auch dabei hilft eine hohe Lebensqualität zu ermöglichen.“

Mit drei Mal Gold wurden Produkte von Samsung für ihre Designs ausgezeichnet, die maßgeschneiderte Erfahrungen für unterschiedliche Lebensstile bieten

The Freestyle ist ein tragbarer Projektor, der je nach Einsatzort bis zu 254 cm in der Diagonale projizieren kann. Dank seiner flexiblen Einstellmöglichkeiten und einem um 180 Grad drehbaren Standfuß sind Projektionen an der Wand, an der Decke oder auf dem Boden kein Problem.
Mit seinem geringen Gewicht und kompakten Design ist The Freestyle mobil nutzbar und kann in einer Hand gehalten werden. Er kann sowohl in Innenräumen als auch im Freien, z. B. beim Camping, verwendet werden. Je nach individuellem Lebensstil dient er auch als Bluetooth-Lautsprecher oder als Ambientebeleuchtung mit stimmungsvollen Lichteffekten in verschiedenen Farben.

Mit seinem geringen Gewicht und kompakten Design ist The Freestyle mobil nutzbar und kann in einer Hand gehalten werden. Er kann sowohl in Innenräumen als auch im Freien, z. Das Galaxy Z Flip3 5G wurde für sein innovatives und kompaktes Design ausgezeichnet. Die besonderen Eigenschaften des Galaxy Z Flip3 5G, wie der Faltmechanismus und die praktischen Features, bieten ein individuelles Smartphone-Erlebnis. Dank des charakteristischen Designs des Galaxy Z Flip3 5G können Nutzer das volle Smartphone-Erlebnis genießen, wenn es aufgeklappt ist, und es bequem in die Tasche stecken, wenn es gefaltet ist. Das Design ist nicht nur raffiniert, weil es ein großes Cover-Display bietet, sondern es auch eine hohe Benutzerfreundlichkeit ermöglicht. So lassen sich Benachrichtigungen anzeigen oder ein schnelles Foto aufnehmen, selbst wenn das Gerät nicht aufgeklappt ist.

Der Staubsauger The Bespoke Slim wurde ebenfalls mit dem Gold Award für sein schlichtes Design ausgezeichnet. Das Bespoke-Konzept von Samsung ermöglicht maßgeschneiderte Produkte, die sich an den Lebensstil und den individuellen Bedürfnissen anpassen. The Bespoke Slim vereint dieses Konzept mit einem überzeugenden Nutzererlebnis während des gesamten Reinigungsprozesses, von der Produktaufbewahrung bis zur Staubentleerung2.

Mit seinen Designs, die beim iF Design Award 2022 in allen Kategorien, einschließlich Produkt und Benutzeroberfläche (UI), ausgezeichnet wurden, gewann Samsung in diesem Jahr mit insgesamt 71 die meisten Auszeichnungen.

Neben den drei Gold Awards wurden der Neo QLED 8K, der Bespoke French-Door-Kühlschrank und die Galaxy Buds in der Kategorie „Produkt“ ausgezeichnet.

One UI 4, eine neue Benutzeroberfläche für Galaxy-Smartphones, die es den Nutzern ermöglicht, ihre Geräte individuell anzupassen, und das Galaxy Upcycling at Home, mit dem Nutzer ein intelligentes Zuhause aufbauen können, indem sie ungenutzte Galaxy-Telefone zu Home-IoT-Geräten recyceln, wurden ebenfalls für ihr hervorragendes Design ausgezeichnet.
